Over the years, Andrea has taught the following classes: Yoga, Cycling, Aqua Aerobics, Kickboxing, Seniors, Step, Strength Training, intenSati, Zumba, Groove & Sculpt and Boot Camp
Andrea Longo has made a career of doing what she loves most: helping women to look, feel, and be their best.
A long-time health and fitness professional, Andrea has partnered with thousands of women over the years to help them in their quest for better health.
Although her career began in the retail world, Andrea's love of dance and exercise brought her to the fitness industry full time in 1995. She served in various management roles, as well as a personal trainer, fitness instructor and yoga teacher before launching her first business, Fitness á la Carte, in 2005.
In 2012, Andrea added to her fitness and wellness repertoire by successfully completing an intensive teacher training in the intenSati method. intenSati is a mind-body workout that combines elements of martial arts, yoga and dance with spoken affirmations. This focus on speaking the positive led her to her next accomplishment—becoming a certified wellness coach through Wellcoaches.
For the past ten years, Andrea has worked at Get In Shape For Women in Westboro, as well as offering Groove & Sculpt classes, Total Body workouts and Yoga/Stretch online. Her practical, compassionate, yet motivating approach to health and wellness is a trademark appreciated by her many clients. Andrea has been serving as the Fitness Director at the Milford Senior Center, in Milford, MA, for the past 3 years. She is also leading Yoga classes in a corporate setting.​
